Sports Physical Information from the School Nurse

Taylor Clinic will be conducting free sports physicals for students. P-BET Cards

P-BET Cards were issued through the Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS) not the Beardstown School District. If you have not recieved a card it was sent to your students address on file at the school.
