Sports Physical Information from the School Nurse
Taylor Clinic will be conducting free sports physicals for students. (This does not satisfy the requirements for 6th and 9th graders as they will need a full school physical) The dates and times are as follows:
June 30, 2021: 8:00am - 11:45am
July 20, 2021: 1:15pm - 5:00pm
August 3, 2021: 8:00am - 11:45am
August 11, 2021: 1:15pm - 5:00pm
