Please find attached the restated WAS Red Plan booklet, effective October 1, 2019.
Below are the changes that were made:
1. The Plan changed to a new Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) from MedTrak to Serve You. All MedTrak language has been updated to reflect Serve You (noted on the new ID cards)
2. Sentinel language was added – as a reminder, this is a pre-certification company for air ambulance from hospital to hospital transports (also noted on the new ID cards)
3. Added clarification language for the Mental Health Parity Act (no change in how claims are being processed)
4. Changed Ethicare to Zelis (Zelis purchased Ethicare)
This revised booklet is being posted on the Consociate’s website (www.consociatehealth.com). The Plans’ website (www.washbp.com) is undergoing construction. Please find attached the receipt for electronic distribution and also for paper distribution.
